How the workflow works

Each translation passes through human hands before it goes live. Three distinct roles ensure quality at every stage.
Choose your role
Reviewer
The first human in the loop. You triage AI-generated drafts.
What you do
- Read the AI draft alongside the English source text
- Check meaning, tone, and cultural appropriateness
- Ensure placeholders (
%s,{name}) and HTML tags are intact - Accept good drafts (sends to approver), reject bad ones (sends to translator), or flag for discussion
Best for
Fluent speakers who can quickly judge whether an AI translation sounds natural and correct.
Translator
The correction lane. You fix translations that reviewers rejected.
What you do
- See the original English text and the rejected AI draft
- Write or heavily edit a corrected translation
- Submit your version, which goes to the approver for final sign-off
Best for
Strong writers who are comfortable producing translations from scratch or substantially rewriting AI output.
Approver
The final gatekeeper. You give the green light before a translation goes live.
What you do
- Review the reviewer's accepted text or the translator's corrected version
- Compare against the AI draft and English source
- Choose the best version (or write your own) and approve it
- Approved text becomes the official translation
Best for
Experienced linguists or native speakers who can make final quality judgments with confidence.

Automated QA checks
- Missing or broken placeholders detected
- HTML tag mismatches flagged
- Back-translation similarity scoring
- Length ratio checks for obvious issues
Human oversight
- Every translation reviewed by at least two people
- Rejected drafts get a fresh human translation
- Flagged items escalated for discussion
- Full audit trail of who did what
